To share a little of the process, despite it looking like I was looking through a window of some sort, this was actually a long exposure (relatively speaking of course). At first, I considered it a mistake.
Thank you Kan. It was, actually, what I considered a “mistake”. I usually shoot in full manual but the setting must have been inadvertently switched to aperture priority and the low lighting of the scene set the shutter to a slow speed. This young man was truly deep in thought and motionless but there was plenty of other movement about, which thus allowed the blurry effect.
I follow you and I also tag weekly photo challenge when I am browsing so I have no idea how your posts are not showing up in my feed. This is a gorgeous dreamy shot.
