Thank you Cee 🙂
Love this one, Maya! Cool shot!
Thanks Robert 🙂
The fragile, geometric pattern of the tiles and the soft, greyish shades make a beautiful combination 🙂
I really appreciate your comment as, many people would not see any beauty in this very grey portrait.
Love this, Maya! Fantastic light, shadow, pattern and texture…and great mood too! Perfectly composed!
Thank you Susan! I took this shot many years ago and still love it.
Lovely words! And the image, too, of course as that’s what got my attention, but I love the words you’ve put with it. All very beautiful!
Many years ago, I wanted to combine some of my writing with the artwork with my dear friend and exceptional artist, Bruce Anders. Distance and life changes kept it from happening but I’m so glad I can do some with my photographs. Thank you for your kind thoughts 🙂
So great to hear some of the background and inspiration 🙂
That’s a very nice composition and the words tell the story so well.
Thank you 🙂
For me, the light that created those shadows is hopeful – the grays are beautiful – not sad at all, really. Great photo!
Thanks so much bluebrightly, it is nice to gather other interpretations. I like grey(s), I think they are very important 🙂
beautiful image, it does tell a story about past memories…
Thank you Alexandra 🙂
I haven’t been on your site for ages. It appears you have some strife. I love your photography. Keep posting! Kind regards,
Thank you Angela. Geez, I haven’t done anything on the site for a very, very long time. I’ve been discouraged by some of the changes WordPress has made and it really sucked much of the joy out of being on the site. But…I’ve been busy trying to get an online gallery up and running. It is a very long process but there is some forward progress. I’ll announce it here…when it becomes functional. Thank you for your encouragement, it was very nice to see I haven’t been forgotten. Best wishes!
